Monterey County Police Activities League (MCPAL) is a local non-profit organization (501 (c) (3). Serving Monterey County for 18 years, MCPAL is an important asset in the community for youth, their families, and local schools. Our Mission is to:

Combat youth crime and delinquency in the unincorporated areas of Monterey County by providing facilities, equipment and positive adult leaders for youth activities.  Our activities provide youth with life-skills and leadership training, with a built in character development component; we serve youth in underserved areas, where need is greatest; helping youth succeed so community can succeed.
